Last week, it was unclear whether or not the rapper would be showing at NYFW, as he did for fall ’15 in February. This weekend, it emerged that West would indeed be showing Yeezy Season 2 at New York Fashion Week. According to Women’s Wear Daily, West’s presentation will be on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 12 pm at Skylight Modern.
Now it’s officially confirmed: Yeezy Season 2 will be broadcast live on Sept. 16 at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET, giving fans a chance to be part of the exclusive event.
Theaters in cities across the country, including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles and Seattle, will air the presentation. The event will also be streamed in Australia, Ireland, Germany and England.

It’s safe to say that the Yeezy Season 2 show will be a star-studded event. In February, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Anna Wintour and Alexander Wang were in attendance.
Throughout the past week, West has been wearing new colorways of the coveted Yeezy Boosts. On Friday night, he was spotted in a pair of black Yeezy 750 Boosts for the Givenchy show, and on Saturday, he wore a pair of light gray 350s at the Alexander Wang show. Last month, he was also seen in a beige pair and a white pair of the 350s.
Tickets to the theater showings will be given out on a first come, first serve basis at tickets.yeezy.supply.
