adidas’ Forum sneakers are some of the brand’s most popular lifestyle and basketball silhouettes on the market. And today, the adidas Forum shoe line is launching in five new colorways across the Forum Lows, Forum Mids, and Forum Bolds.

Offered in versions for men and women, the new colorways of the Forum sneakers come in muted hues, some with hints of light brown, pastel blue, and baby pink. For the guys, shoppers can expect the Forum Low in Cloud White and Blue Dawn or Core White and Chalky Brown and the Forum Mid in Cloud White and Clear Onix. Additionally, there are women-only styles for the Forum Low that come in all white and the Forum Bold with a white upper and a chunky ivory sole. All of the new colorways of these walking shoes will ensure your wardrobe transitions seamlessly into spring.

The adidas Forum Low was first released in 1984 as adidas’ flagship basketball silhouette. While the design was available in both high and low-top silhouettes, the low-top style became the most popular of the two, thanks to its versatility off the court. Its retro appeal and velcro strap, a trademark of the adidas Forum kicks, made it one of the hottest on the market. Today, adidas fans and celebrities like Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Michael Jordan, and A$AP Rocky can’t get enough of the style, which has allowed adidas to continue to drop a slew of limited-edition takes, including a Bad Bunny collaboration that sold out in minutes.

During the ‘80s, basketball sneakers were all the craze, so adidas jumped on the bandwagon and launched the Forum Mid. Sculpted from adidas’ original high-top profile, the Forum Mid features a shape that hugs the ankle securely with its mid-cut and strap construction. Because of its popularity, the Forum Mid found its way to the city streets as a casual, everyday sneaker. The brand made the Forum Mid shoe available in various styles and looks by releasing numerous colorways and collaborating with names such as Beyonce’s Ivy Park and Def Jam Records.

The Forum Bold was another silhouette that launched in ’84 and was a favorite on the basketball court. It has retained all the beloved details like the X-design, the adjustable strap, and the luxurious leather upper. What makes it so unique is that this women-only style is highly talked about for a comfortable sneaker that you may not actually want to play hoops in but the ones you’d wear to and from the court. The Forum Bold is also highly coveted because some describe it as the adidas version of the Nike Air Force 1 Low with a similar platform that elevates anyone’s style.

Thanks to its notoriety among celebrities and influencers, all of the adidas Forums have remained relevant for almost 40 years. Thus, with its popularity rising by the minute, the adidas Forums in these new colorways are bound to sell out. So keep scrolling to snag your color of choice before anyone else.
