Pros: It contains a large number of activities including yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance games. Users are able to mix and match which strength and yoga activities they prefer on a given day. The Locker Room feature allows you to create a customized workout routine and favorite activities you frequent. Players also can see estimates of calories burned and can even activate a feature that lets them weigh their dogs or cats.
