Best Men’s Cross-Training Shoes

For cross-training workouts, any old shoes just won’t do. If you find yourself struggling with lifts, lunges and box or step-ups, the footwear you’re sporting may be the problem. While a cushioned shoe with a robust heel can be great for running, they’re not the best for when you want maximum stability to be able to lift a heavy barbell or kettlebell. Cross-trainers should have a reduced heel-to-toe drop and flexible yet firm soles that promote better energy transfer and balance when doing squats, deadlifts and more. A wider toe box also helps spread your toes to distribute your weight evenly. Here, to save you the time, we did some research and rounded up a few of our favorite cross-training sneaker models. Ahead, shop some of the best styles on the market for men.
