Ariana Grande’s latest single, “The Light Is Coming,” off her forthcoming new album, “Sweetener,” debuted overnight, and the music video is already here. And in an unusual move, the singer launched the video exclusively on Reebok.com.
Grande first teamed up with the athletic company last September and has been representing the brand and starring in campaigns ever since. With this latest tactic, both Reebok and Grande demonstrate their shared mission of giving female voices new platforms.
“The Light Is Coming” is available to watch on Reebok’s site for the next 24 hours. In it, Grande is seen sporting new Reebok Classics product including the Rapide sneaker. Inspired by the ’90s, the style boasts a heritage feel featuring its red and blue colorway and a textile and suede upper.

The company is also giving away an autographed pair of Ariana Grande’s Classic Rapides, where U.S. residents 16 and older can enter for a chance to win on Reebok.com.
With the partnership, both aim to highlight their shared values of confidence and self-belief.
FN was able to catch up with the pop star in Hong Kong last year when Reebok met up with the “Side to Side” singer in Asia for the last show of her seven-month-long world tour for an up-close-and-personal “day in the life” experience.
On joining the Reebok family, she said, “It’s all about inclusiveness and celebrating beauty in fitness and all that comes with it. Celebrating each other and not being afraid to be who you are is something I talk about with my fans all the time.”
The star became emotional as she reflected on the bond she feels with her followers. “Thinking about [my fans], I can cry,” she said. “I just want them to love themselves so much. I feel a maternal responsibility toward them, and the thing that I want to instill the most is the message that you are loved. There are so many different kinds of beautiful. You’re beautiful because of who you are.”
