Your next chance at an Adidas Yeezy sneaker is less than two weeks away.
Just officially announced by the brand, Kanye West’s Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Butter” will release on June 30 for $220.
Despite newer models from West and Adidas like the Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runner and Yeezy 500 Desert Rat hitting the market in recent months, the 350 Boost V2 still seems to be the most popular silhouette within the coveted line. And after reports that the upcoming “Cream White” colorway of the model may be produced in quantities of more than a million pairs, at last everybody that wants a pair of the modern classic sneaker may soon be able to get them.
Until the rumored “millions of pairs” of the bright white colorway arrive, Yeezy fans will still have to work a little harder for the next 350 V2 to release, the “Butter” colorway, as it is expected to be another limited drop on par with past releases of the model.
As the nickname implies, the Primeknit upper of the shoe features a creamy pale yellow hue similar to that of butter. The midsole matches the upper, while the outsole (that extends up to the midsole at the heel) goes with a slightly darker shade. The model’s usual stripe and text on the upper is removed for a more minimalist appearance.
If you’re after a pair, stay tuned to Adidas and your favorite retailers for availability information (raffles, release via the Adidas Confirmed app, etc.) as we approach June 30. Adidas has also published a complete list of stores the shoe will be available.
