Rising Designer Sophia Webster Is All About the Sixties at Fashion Week

Who: London’s Sophia Webster combined two seemingly random references for her latest collection: the film “The Birds” and archetypal Sixties girl groups.

What: Models, who were dressed, primped and coiffed to resemble The Supremes or in silk robes similar to the colorful characters of the aforementioned film. They perched in large woven bamboo chairs or colorful birdcages were surrounded by tropical floral and fauna.
