Hillary Clinton had a surprising sartorial moment at a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, on Wednesday.
The Democratic presidential nominee stepped onstage at Abraham Lincoln High School wearing a bright turquoise linen suit. While she usually opts for simple black or nude pumps, this time she went in a different direction. Clinton opted for a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo multicolored striped flats featuring Ferragamo’s signature bow front.

The flats retail for $775, but they are on sale at several retailers including Stylebop for $447 and Bluefly for $458.

On Thursday, Clinton wore another Italian designer. For a rally in Warren, Mich., she donned a pair of Miu Miu kitten heels with a bow detail.

First lady Michelle Obama also recently wore a very colorful pair of shoes. She opted for a pair of Fendi floral sandals for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard with President Barack Obama and their daughters.
