Last month’s Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 infant release apparently wasn’t just for kids: Comedian and “Austin Powers” movie franchise star Verne Troyer was also recently spotted in a pair of the scaled-down sneakers.
Troyer — who is one of the shortest men in the world at 2 feet 8 inches tall due to cartilage-hair hypoplasia dwarfism — shared a paparazzi photo late last week on his personal Instagram account that showed him hopping into his car wearing the infant-sized “Pirate Black” Yeezy Boost 350s.
In his post, Troyer thanked Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West for the sneakers. As of 2 p.m. ET, the photo has garnered nearly 7,000 likes, but it’s the comedian’s recent YouTube unboxing that really captures his gratitude.

“Wow, these are comfortable,” Troyer says as he slips on the Yeezy Boost 350s around the 8:20 mark in the video above. “I want to say thank you, Kim — and thank you, Kanye. I really appreciate it. These are going to be my new kicks, so thanks, man.”
On Sept. 13, Adidas confirmed that Yeezy 350 football cleats will be released to the public soon. The performance cleats were first seen on the feet of several players including DeAndre Hopkins and Adrian Peterson during NFL Week 1 action.
