Helpers House of Couture will launch a pop-up shop featuring high-end designer shoes and more to benefit the developmentally disabled.
The organization will be hosted June 11 through July 12 at Bloomingdale’s, 845 Market St. (first floor) in San Francisco.
A book signing of “Advanced Style: Older and Wiser,” featuring author Ari Seth Cohen and Joy Venturini Bianchi, will kick off the program on June 11 and 12.
Additionally, an exhibition of highlights from Bianchi’s personal fashion collection will be on display.
Of course, there will be plenty of footwear from Tom Ford available to purchase at the benefit pop-up shop.
Bianchi, who serves as the director for Helpers House of Couture, previously told FN that she has more than 1,000 pairs of shoes at home and is a big fan of the designer.
Among the items for sale: Tom Ford’s black crocodile gladiator platform sandals, $2,200; Christian Louboutin’s Hematite Swarovski Crystal Shoes, $3,500; and Manolo Blahnik Half Booties with Rex Rabbit Fur, $895.
