Cambiami’s Special-Edition Sandal Benefits Baby2Baby Nonprofit In Honor Of Mother’s Day

On the hunt for a Mother’s Day gift? Here’s one that will not only satisfy mom’s love of shoes but will also do some good.

The shoe company Cambiami, which makes sandals with interchangeable straps, is donating 100 percent of proceeds from its new patent leather red sandals to nonprofit Baby2Baby in honor of Mother’s Day.

Baby2Baby provides low-income children through age 12 with diapers, clothing and other basic necessities and is slated to serve more than 125,000 children this year. A slew of celebrities are involved with the organization, including Jessica Alba, Julie Bowen, Nicole Richie and Kerry Washington.

Cambiami, a Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based brand, holds a patented design that allows wearers to swap in different colored straps on one pair of sandals to switch up their look. The red patent pair that benefits Baby2Baby retails for $78 on the Cambiami website. Customers can purchase the sandals through May 15. A set of additional straps retails for $25-$38, and packs of three are $55-$80.
