The Canadian brand, founded by Rick Buchanan, has created a series of unisex styles — available in both adult and kids’ sizes — that are detailed with three custom fish prints. Designed with a classic brogue-inspired silhouette, the slip-on shoes are made of flexible, lightweight EVA and feature antimicrobial composites, breathable holes and a shock-absorbent innersole with massage nodes for optimal comfort. They are 100 percent washable and air dry in seconds.
Priced at $60 for kids and $100 for adults, the shoes will be available as part of a limited release this Christmas, followed by an official launch in spring ’17.
The sequel to Disney’s classic “Finding Nemo” tale, “Finding Dory” chronicles amnesiac blue tang fish Dory’s journey to find her parents, who she was separated from as a child. The movie features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy and Ty Burrell, among others. Released on June 17, “Finding Dory” took in a staggering $136.2 million in North American theaters over its opening weekend, making it the highest-grossing animated debut of all time.
