Los Angeles-based Undefeated has released a number of sneakerhead favorite collabs throughout the years. This weekend, the renowned retailer has another must-have shoe on the way, using a classic Nike shoe for the release.
The Undefeated x Nike “LA Huarache” drops on Saturday. The shoe will be available at the store’s La Brea Avenue pop-up location as well as via undefeated.com.

The shoe, according to Undefeated, was inspired by Inspired by Crenshaw Boulevard and California’s well-known lowrider car culture.
It features a predominantly blue upper — executed in suede — that resembles the hue of Crenshaw High School, with the school’s signature font making an appearance on the “Huarache” branding on the tongue. It also features an iridescent panel that extends from the lateral side to the medial, with an iridescent hit on the tongue as well. The shoe is completed with a blue midsole and white outsole.

Undefeated released a collab with Asics in May, the “Disarray,” which used the brand’s classic Gel Lyte V silhouette.
The retailer is responsible for one of the most sought-after collaborations ever made, the Air Jordan 4 “Undefeated,” which boasts a green and orange color palette. In October, it was announced that Peng Cheng, owner of the West Coast-based retail staple Bait, became a co-owner of Undefeated.
