Nike Air Force 1s Just Got a Very ’80s Treatment

Bring your own sweater to this project. Sneaker fan Rocky Xu just unveiled a bespoke Nike Air Force 1 iD covered in a vintage Coogi sweater.

Xu created the kicks through the NikeLab customization project, and they’re certainly something to behold. The sweater was stitched on the upper and came courtesy of Brooklyn, N.Y.’s Dust Brothers Vintage. Red laces and a perfectly white soles complete the standout look.

Xu unveiled the custom sneaker on Instagram, and we have to say, we’re a little disappointed we didn’t have this idea first. He captioned the kicks “special cloth talk.”

We might love them even more if they were being produced, but looks like this pair is just a one-off.
