Kevin Hart sells out stadiums with his comedy tours and fills movie theaters with his films. Now, the comedian and actor aims to sell sneakers.
Hart announced last night on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” that he has his own signature shoe on the way from Nike. The shoe, a trainer named the Hustle Hart, is slated to hit stores in April, the comedian shared.
Hart said the sneaker will come in two colorways, both of which he debuted on the show: red with gold accents and a white sole, and blue with gold accents and a white sole. The shoes also feature some of his inspirational fitness-related quotes throughout the upper.
The comedian is a well-known fitness enthusiast and often shares his fitness experiences with his fans via social media. In October, Nike shared Hart’s story about why he runs with locals in cities throughout the States, and to kick off 2016, the brand held a high-intensity workout event with Hart in New York City, attended by hundreds of people. Yesterday, Nike showed off the gear Hart works out in daily, including the Zoom Speed Trainer 3 shoe, which retails for $100.
Hart’s latest movie, Ride Along 2, is in theaters now.
