Justin Bieber appears to have taken precaution to not get his go-to Adidas Ultra Boost sneakers dirty.
The singer was spotted purchasing Nike sneakers from Dick’s Sporting Goods at Buckland Hills Mall in Manchester, Conn., on Sunday before taking to the soccer field for a preshow workout.
Bieber was scheduled to perform at the XL Center in nearby Hartford that evening.
Images and videos of the entertainer entering the retail shop and glancing over cleats in the Adidas and Nike sections of the store were shared on Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.
He was seen at the checkout counter with a box of Nikes, and members of his crew picked up red T-shirts.
Bieber’s dancer Johnny “J Blaze” Erasme later shared a photo on Instagram of the pop star posing barefoot with a soccer ball alongside friends on a field.
“Great pre show workout with the boys. RED SQUAD!!” he captioned the snap.
The pop star has been rocking his Ultra Boost sneakers onstage during performances.
The shoes feature a supportive fit at the base of the upper, and the signature Primeknit technology adds flexibility and breathability.
The range is available in other colorways on Adidas’ website.
