Fila is known for its celebrated history in tennis, but the brand also has a rich catalog of basketball sneakers, with many of its renowned silhouettes on the feet of the time’s best ballers and brightest stars in the sport. One of its most iconic shoes will once again hit stores this weekend — exclusively at Walter’s Clothing in Atlanta.
The Fila 96 OG — known in 1996 as the Fila Grant Hill II — arrives Saturday and will retail for $100.

The silhouette was the second signature shoe of former NBA superstar Grant Hill, who wore the sneakers during his tenure with the Detroit Pistons. Hill, a product of Duke University, was the baller in the 1990s expected to have a legacy much like Michael Jordan, widely regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time. Although Hill’s career was cut short due to injury, he is still thought of as one of the league’s best of his era.
But Hill’s shoes haven’t waned in popularity since being on his feet 20 years ago. Walters will exclusively sell the shoe in its original colorway, featuring a white upper with navy patent leather detailing. The shoe also features the original Fila branding on the heel, tongue, sole and the front of the shoe, with Walter’s branding on the insoles.
