Caitlyn Jenner Tees Off At ANA Inspiration Golf Tournament In FootJoy Shoes

Caitlyn Jenner teed off this morning at the ANA Inspiration Pro-Am golf tournament, the first LGPA tournament of the year.

The tournament invited Jenner to play alongside soccer star Abby Wambach. The two are playing with pros Marina Alex and Danielle Kang at the event, held at the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. Jenner is no stranger to the green; she’s been an avid golfer for years and recently hit the course at the newly renovated Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where she has been a member for 15 years.

Earlier this week, the tournament held its first Inspiring Women in Sports Conference, which honored Wambach with the first ANA Inspiration Award. Also in attendance was former ice skater Kristi Yamaguchi, swimmer Missy Franklin, ski star Lindsey Vonn and others.

Wambach, along with fellow former U.S. soccer star Julie Foudy, played on Tuesday in a fun game of Footgolf — a 6-hole exhibition match where the players traded golf balls for soccer balls.

In other Caitlyn Jenner news, earlier this month she announced that she would be starring in an ad campaign for H&M Sport.
