Nike and Jordan Brand are making sure basketball sneaker fans will be lighter in the wallet on Saturday.
Scheduled to hit stores on Oct. 15 from Nike and its namesake label for NBA legend Michael Jordan are four performance and lifestyle basketball sneaker releases, with selections for men and kids, ranging in price from $60 to $190.
Perhaps the most sought-after style arriving Saturday via SNKRS is the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Premium Icon” — also referred to as “Black/White” — which retails in men’s sizing for $190. The shoe will also be available via nike.com in grade school sizes ($140), preschool ($80) and toddler ($60). The shoe is executed in a simple black-and-white color palette, with the upper consumed by black and the midsole and outsole by white.
Also dropping specifically for kids on Saturday is the Nike Little Posite One QS, which will be available on nike.com. The Halloween-inspired shoe boasts a glow-in-the-dark jack-o’-lantern print, and will retail for $180.
Releasing in men’s sizing only is the Nike Kobe 11 “Bright Mango/Bright Crimson.” The shoe will be available on nike.com and retail for $160. The “Bright Mango/Bright Crimson” iteration features an upper using the bright mango and bright crimson hues, and employs an all-black midsole and outsole for contrast.
Also just for men is the “Off-Court Luxury” iteration (also dubbed “Black/Sail”) of the Jordan Westbrook 0.2. The shoe will drop on SNKRS and retail for $140. The colorway of the Jordan Westbrook 0.2 arriving Saturday boasts camouflage and black on the upper, and is completed with a white midsole and outsole.
