Adidas unveiled its collection of shoes July 29 dedicated to its Adidas Nations basketball tournament in Norwalk, Calif. With its championship scheduled for Monday night — NBA superstar James Harden’s team taking on Team Canada — the athletic brand revealed a shoe today dedicated to the game.
The black and gold James Harden Crazylight 2016 player’s edition arrives Friday and will retail for $130. The shoe will be available via adidas.com.

The colorway was designed for the star guard of the Houston Rockets, boasting a black jacquard upper with gold woven throughout, with gold three-stripe branding on the heel. The Boost midsole is white and the shoe is completed with a black-tinted icy translucent outsole with gold accents. Harden’s “JH13” branding is also featured on the tongue in gold.

Wearing the shoes are the world’s top basketball players under age 18 who are competing in the tournament, according to Adidas. The championship game is scheduled for today at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET, and will air on ESPNU.
Adidas’ first collection of shoes dedicated to the tournament, inspired by the California coast, featured four of the brand’s latest and greatest court-ready kicks: the Crazy Explosive, D Rose 7, Crazylight 2016 and D Lillard 2. The shoes hit stores on Saturday.
