The Boston Marathon sneaker drops are still coming. On Tuesday, Adidas unveiled its 2016 Boston Marathon Adizero Adios 3 sneakers, which are available in two colors. The blue-and-yellow colorway pays homage to the colors of the Boston Athletic Association, which organizes the race. The Equipment Green colorway is in honor of the 25th anniversary of Adidas’ Equipment line, as well as the first Adidas Boston Marathon Anthem jacket.
The shoes feature a breathable mesh upper and full Boost midsole intended for racing. The blue-and-yellow pair has the Boston Athletic Association’s full logo on the tongue, while the Equipment Green colorway has just the unicorn silhouette that is in the center of the B.A.A. logo.
The shoes are available for both men and women and retail for $160. They can be purchased at the Boston Marathon Adidas RunBase store and the 2016 John Hancock Sports & Fitness Expo, which runs from April 15-17 ahead of the marathon on April 18.
The Boston Marathon Adidas RunBase store will also be holding a launch party celebrating the shoes on Thursday.
