Black Yeezy Boost 350s Sold Out In The U.S.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s in black sold out on Adidas.com on Friday. Adidas tweeted around 11:30 a.m. EST that the site was live for purchasing the sneakers. Customers were instructed to leave their browsers open and were randomly let in to purchase a pair. The shoes retail for $200.

At about 1:20 p.m. Adidas tweeted that the shoes were sold out in the U.S. Many commented on Adidas’ tweets that error messages appeared on the screen and they were unable to get through.

Adidas opened its Confirmed app earlier this week to allow customers in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago to reserve a pair in their respective city. The app closed in just over 20 minutes.

Some retailers around the world ran raffles for the chance to purchase a pair. In Milan, hundreds gathered outside concept store Antonioli to attempt to get a pair.

Last week, West showed his Yeezy Season 3 collection at Madison Square Garden, which includes a new 350 style and 1050 boots.
