Nike To Collaborate With Louis Vuitton Men’s Style Director Kim Jones

On the heels of its collaboration with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, Nike will next work with Louis Vuitton’s men’s style director, Kim Jones.

Jones made the announcement on his Instagram and said the collection will drop in July.

If this collection is anything like the brand’s past collabs with Rousteing, Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci and Japanese label Sacai, it will likely include high-tech-meets-high-fashion apparel and footwear.

Jones has held his current role at Louis Vuitton since 2011. The designer had his own namesake label from 2004-08 but dissolved it when he took over the creative director role at Dunhill before joining Louis Vuitton.

Jones will show his spring ’17 collection for Louis Vuitton on June 23 during Paris Men’s Fashion Week.
