Kylie Jenner took to Snapchat on Tuesday to share a sneak peek at the footwear from the Kendall + Kylie spring ’17 collection.
The sisters officially launched their eponymous clothing and footwear brand, which is made in partnership with Marc Fisher, in February. Their footwear collection — retailing from $100 to $200 — included flat sandals, strappy stilettos, pumps and flatforms.
This time around, it looks as if the Jenners will be plunging into the athleisure category. In the photo shared to Snapchat, two sneakers are featured and are detailed with knit uppers, mesh and neoprene-like fabric.
Since Footwear News sat down with the sisters last summer to break the news about their shoe collection, they’ve been busy learning the ins and outs of the industry, they shared.
“Every day, it’s something new. We’ve been doing this for a little while now and kind of evolving through it,” Kendall Jenner told FN at the brand launch party in February. “Especially the styles as you grow into your look, change and evolve along the way. What you see on paper doesn’t always translate in person. You have to find your groove. We are still getting there.”
Kylie Jenner talked about her own style, saying, “I’ve definitely embraced a more casual side. I used to wear heels to lunch but not really anymore. Just for nights. I’m all about a cool shoe, though.”
As of summer ’16, Kylie has been seen rocking Puma sneakers since the social media star kicked off her partnership with the brand in February. Go-to styles have included the Puma Fierce Trainers and Rihanna’s fur slides.
