Brian Atwood Reveals Inspirations For Resort ’17 Shoes

Designer Brian Atwood channeled an art vibe for his resort ’17 collection — from Jeff Koons to Yayoi Kusama. “I was inspired by the most brightly colored artist movement,” Atwood told FN. “I extracted the abstract feeling from pop art and gave it a color explosion.” The bold hue choices certainly show. “This collection has a more playful and fun feel,” he said. Here is a sneak peek at the upcoming line.
