Yet another retailer is tapping the footwear market. The Outnet has just launched a shoe collection for its in-house line, Iris & Ink. The new offering — which focuses on minimal detailing — is available on the discount retailer’s e-commerce website.
The Iris & Ink footwear collection includes espadrilles, sandals and heels (made from leather, suede and satin materials). Prices include espadrilles and sandals for $85, sneakers for $135, and heels from $195 to $210.

Standouts include embossed ostrich low-top sneakers and loafer mules, which happens to be a huge trend for the season. Lace-up pumps are also a smart buy this year (for tips on how to wear them, click here).
Launched in 2012, Iris & Ink issued its first shoes for spring ’16. Retailers are increasingly launching their own in-house lines. Luxury bigwigs such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Barneys New York have launched full apparel and footwear lines, carrying them in their own retail locations.
