New Balance’s ongoing partnership with Chicago-based tannery Horween Leather Company has already produced a handful of ultra-premium sneakers, and from the looks of things, the collaboration isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
The latest entry in this Made in USA series is another men’s New Balance 998.
Although there have been Horween Leather 998s in the past, this latest pair features a hazelnut shade of leather and forgoes the contrasting piping seen on previous releases.
In addition to the luxurious leather build, these Horween Leather x New Balance 998s boast reflective silver 3M detailing on the heel, toe, and New Balance logo.
Much like previous made in U.S.A. Horween Leather x New Balance collaboration sneakers, this premium release will come with a hefty price tag of $340.
Although they’re expensive, it’s hard to beat the high quality craftsmanship seen here. The Horween Leather New Balance x 998 is now available from select New Balance retailers like Sneaker Politics.
