Lupita Nyong’o is one of fashion’s favorite red-carpet darlings. The actress always takes risks and plays with her style.
Last night, Nyong’o blended high and low price points in Los Angeles at the world premiere of “The Jungle Book.” It was a fashion win for Nyong’o and her stylist Michaela Erlanger. The actress stepped out wearing metallic Stuart Wetizman Nudist sandals, along with a gold sequined skirt and denim jacket from none other than J.Crew.
Nyong’o lent her voice to the role of Raksha, the wolf who helped raise Mowgli in the new live-action take on the Disney classic.
Nyong’o is certainly one red-carpet chameleon, and last night was a highlight. One moment she’s in a Grecian-goddess dress at the Oscars and the next she’s embracing a futuristic look in Proenza Schouler at the premiere of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” What did you think of her approach yesterday?
