For the fall ’16 Stuart Weitzman ad campaign, Gigi Hadid was photographed jumping and kicking in the designer’s signature boots, all while looking incredibly graceful.
On “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Wednesday night, the show host asked Hadid exactly how she pulls off those moves.
“This day, I was kicking all day,” Hadid said. “It’s not normal kicking. It’s something kickboxing coaches would probably be really ashamed of because they have you kicking with your foot in a way so the shoe looks good but then you have to go to the chiropractor later that week.”
Kimmel also pointed out that Hadid was on the front cover, back cover and inside of a special issue of Vogue.
“Maybe they’ve run out of models!” Kimmel joked.
For her appearance on “Kimmel,” Hadid wore Stuart Weitzman’s Courtesong black strappy sandals, which retail for $455.
When she arrived at the show, she paired her sheer jacket, crop top and wide-legged pants with black patent leather boots.
Hadid recently appeared on the “Today” show to discuss her boot collaboration with Weitzman. It benefits Pencils of Promise, an organization that is building schools in Laos, Guatemala and Ghana.
