With a pizza-shaped pillow snuggled in between her arms, and in her hands a tube of Pillsbury cookie dough and a purse adorned with a cat tail accessory, Bella Hadid didn’t exactly blend in with the crowd.
Still, the supermodel pulled off the quirky look on Friday in New York City wearing an ensemble that was punk-chic from head-to-tail-toe.
Bella teamed an edgy pair of Balenciaga Ceinture ankle boots with a customized Danielle Guizio bomber jacket ($210), a yellow Unif “Noob” bodysuit ($49), GCDS Wear jeans ($226), a beanie and sweatshirt by Chrome Hearts, and a purse and sunglasses by Givenchy.
Alexander Wang’s punk-like moto boot for Balenciaga spring ‘11 nods classic Doc Martens ($145), but with an edgy twist. The leather boots feature wraparound ankle and vamp straps, and cutout sides; the footwear is available for $1,275 on Nordstrom.com.
Later in the evening, she made a sizzling transformation for a party thrown in her honor — to celebrate her new Paper Magazine cover.
Bella arrived at the bash in true bombshell form, flaunting her toned body in a one-shoulder crop top teamed with Wesley Berryman lace-up pants and a matching jacket that she carried in her hand. Mother Nature be damned — Bella didn’t let a bone-chilling high of 27 degrees Fahrenheit stop her from making fabulous entrance.
That’s right, supermodels really are super.
Guests included “Scream Queens” star Keke Palmer, model Andreja Pejic and singer Justine Skye, who served as the night’s entertainer.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel completed the outfit with a pair of pointed-toe patent leather pumps.
“Get u someone who looks at you the way I look at @justineskye lol😍👑💥 LOVE YOU!!! Last night at my@papermagazine cover launch party! Thank you to everyone who came out ❤️@karlie.floss 🤘🏼 @tidal,” Bella captioned an Instagram photo, crediting her stylist “Karlie Floss” and Jay Z’s Tidal music service, which co-sponsored the magazine’s “Outspoken Issue” party.
