If there’s one thing about the amfAR Gala at the Cannes Film Festival, it’s that it is guaranteed to be a glamorous event. Set on the French Riviera, the fundraiser is one of the highlights of the week, with stylish stars from around the world gathering in the very best fashion.
The American Foundation for AIDS Research hosts events around the world to raise funds and awareness for HIV and AIDS prevention and research, but Cannes is always one of the premiere moments for the nonprofit amfAR, which was founded in 1985.
