Jimmy Choo is unveiling plans for its new relocated Chicago boutique set to open at the beginning of April across the street from its previous location.
The 1,960-sq.-ft. store is two stories and will feature the brand’s new store concept that is designed in partnership with David Collins Studio. The first floor will house men’s and women’s collections, and the second floor will have additional women’s items and the brand’s Made-to-Order service.
In addition to shoes, the store will carry bags, eyewear, small leather goods, accessories and fragrances.
The Made-to-Order service allows customers to choose their own fabrics and heel heights on some of Choo’s signature silhouettes including the Anouk pump and Lance sandal, as well as to personalize the sole with initials or a date plaque. Bridal Made-to-Order services are also available.
The store is located on Oak Street, which Jimmy Choo CEO Pierre Denis says is a prime location for the brand.
“Over the past few years Oak Street has gone through an impressive transformation and today offers a preeminent shopping experience,” said Denis. “Since this year marks our 20th anniversary it was important to us that we elevate our presence in Chicago with a new flagship on this destination street.”
