Cole Haan stores are undergoing a makeover in the U.S. that feels more like home — and the new look has already been a hit worldwide for its international retail shops.
The brand debuted a new residential layout for its Dallas NorthPark Center store on Thursday that presents its seasonal offerings in way that optimizes performance on the sales floor.
Previously tested at its international locations, the new store design is dedicated to the label’s most innovative products in three categories: grand in the front, casual in the center, and dress in the back.
Cole Haan at NorthPark Center boasts 3,000 square feet that showcases footwear, apparel, handbags and accessories.
Among the design highlights in the Dallas shop are a neutral color palette and a large-scale marble mosaic pattern in the front foyer, traditional and modern décor, and custom lighting that calls attention to merchandise for male and female customers.
Cole Haan president and COO Michael Prince said the brand plans to expand the store model across the country.
“We are not only excited about the opening of our new NorthPark location, but also to introduce this new design concept to our retail stores in North America, which we have seen much success with overseas,” Prince said in a statement. “With NorthPark being the first to feature the new layout, we are confident it will prove successful for this location and future stores to come as we roll out many new doors globally over the next year.”
