German Medi Group, specializing in medical compression for 60 years, has partnered up with Milan-based concept store 10 Corso Como for the launch of its brand Item M6 in Italy.
Widely recognized in Germany and the U.K., the legwear specialist now wants to conquer the Italian feet and legs with socks, leggings and tights, which are based in the principles of Chinese medicine and are designed to slim the shape.
On the occasion of the market launch, 10 Corso Como has personalized the brand’s packaging with its typical black and white print logo, which was originally designed by artist Kris Ruhs. Available online and in store from Dec. 18, the collection comprises short socks, knee-highs, leggings and tights, starting from 19.90 euros, or about $21.50 for the short socks up till 79.90 euros, or about $86.60 for shape tights.
For 2016, Item M6 plans to further penetrate the Italian market with department store chain Coin, but is still surveying the possibilities.
