West chose white-on-white Adidas Ultra Boost sneakers for his performance, which featured an extreme amount of censorship, pyrotechnics and fireworks.
The rapper opened his two-song set with a performance of “All Day” from his upcoming album, “Swish,” and was nearly muted when ABC censored more than a minute of the performance, causing some viewers to think that they were having cable trouble.
West ended his set with “Black Skinhead.”
Somewhat surprisingly, West did not wear his own design, the Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost sneakers, instead choosing a running shoe for his on-stage footwear.

He recently wore a similar style, sporting Adidas Energy Boost ESM sneakers while performing during game four, between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls, at the NBA Playoffs.
The Adidas Ultra Boost white-on-white colorway will be available online on June 1.
The sneaker has been dubbed “the company’s most renowned running shoe” by the brand and has received a limited-edition capsule collection, with designs by Stella McCartney, Kris Van Assche, kolor’s Junichi Abe, and Adidas Creative Directors Dirk Schönberger and James Carnes.
