Nike Celebrates Running In Every Season With Solstice Pack

The shortest day of the year can often be quite cold, but Nike has found a way to make the limited daylight and chilly temperatures a bit more bearable. The Nike Solstice Pack celebrates the winter and summer solstices with two new patterns on the Air Zoom Pegasus 32 running shoe.

The Winter Hemisphere colorway features a winter-inspired icy motif and the Summer Hemisphere colorway features a leafy green floral pattern.

Whichever you chose, each is meant to inspire taking to the streets or the trail no matter what the season.

The two patterns will also be available on the Nike Free 5.0 sneakers, a running shirt, running crew socks and a hat. There will also be a City Flash jacket to keep runners safe and visible during night runs.

The pack will be available Dec. 10 on Nike.com.

In other Nike news, the athletic giant just signed LeBron James to a lifetime deal. While the terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed, according to Darren Rovell of ESPN, this is the largest single-athlete deal in the brand’s history and the only lifetime deal they have ever offered.
