Nike Debuts 2015 NFL Pro Bowl Uniforms & Cleats

Fantasy football takes to real turf this Sunday for the annual NFL Pro Bowl game in Glendale, Ariz.

For the special game, Nike was on board again this year to design the special-edition uniforms. Using neon orange and “Volt” (the Nike name for lime green) as the defining colors, this year’s uniforms are certainly looking bright.

Nike athletes will wear the Nike Vapor Untouchable cleats. Each uniform also sports a number of stars corresponding to the number of times a player has been voted into the Pro Bowl game.

Like last year, this year’s game is unconferenced, and Hall of Fame wide receivers Cris Carter and Michael Irvin will captain each team and help lead the “draft” ahead of the game.

Team Irvin will wear the Nike orange uniforms for the game, while Team Carter will don the ones with lime green accents.

Known as “fantasy football for real life,” fans vote for their favorite and most outstanding players to play in the competition. Players are then drafted onto each team, highlighting the best players in the NFL. Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys and John Harbaugh of the Baltimore Ravens will coach the game, with the special Pro Bowl draft happening Wednesday evening.

The Pro Bowl is Sunday, Jan. 25, and will be played in the same Glendale, Ariz., spot as Super Bowl XLIX.
