How The Best-Shod Stars Spent The Fourth Of July

Between patriotic posts, family gatherings, the Women’s World Cup and an overload of red, white and blue, the fashion industry and some of the top-shod stars celebrated the Fourth of July holiday through Instagram.

Taylor Swift seemed to have left her Keds at home, going barefoot at her star-studded Fourth of July party at her beach house in Rhode Island on Saturday.  The singer hosted models Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt, Joe Jonas, Calvin Harris, Ed Sheeran, Nick Jonas, “Empire” actress Serayah and Haim the Band.

Brands like Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin joined the Independence Day celebration by posting red, white and blue shoes.

Over the weekend, Jessica Alba was twice spotted in white Birkenstock sandals. The actress also posted her go-to shoes on Instagram while sitting in traffic on July 4.

While in New Orleans, Usher brought his family to the bayou to hit the swamps and play with the alligators. He wore the new Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s.

To end the weekend, the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team honored the country in the ultimate way when they became the World Cup champions in a 5-2 victory over Japan.

The athletes, including Alex Morgan, Carli Lloyd and Abby Wambach, celebrated the win with champagne showers while decked out in Nike sneakers.
