CMT Music Awards Red Carpet: Celebrity Shoe Style

Country music has a big night at the CMT Country Music Awards and the stars brought their footwear finest.

Carrie Underwood was the big winner of the night taking home three awards, including best video and best dressed. The star wowed in a body conscious Thomas Wylde white dress and Jimmy Choo sandals.

The star gave a shout out to her new 3-month-old son Isaiah in her acceptance speeches. “I should definitely say that [Isaiah] has already inspired me so much as well as has my husband, Mike,” she said.

One of the big trends of the night were the dominating white dresses on the red carpet, which meant the stars had a lot of fun with their shoes. Nicole Kidman wore a knockout black and white Balenciaga pants and top with standout embellished shoes. Rumer Willis donned metallic Stuart Weitzman heels with her white House of CB dress and Nikki Reid followed the trend in a Kaufmanfranco dress and Brian Atwood heels. Brittney Snow stepped out in a black and white number with Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Luke Bryan took home best male video award and looked rather dapper in brown boots, jeans and navy jacket.

One of the big highlights of the night was a video starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Alan Jackson, Steven Tyler, Rick Springfield, Tom Arnold and Justin Bieber and James Corden rushing to get to the CMTs. Bieber and Corden gave a shout out to Luke Bryan saying they “love” the signer. Corden joked “I get lost in his eyes like they’re pools in the ocean.” The two then jumped into signing “Country Girl,” one of Bryan’s big hits.

Bryan gave a little love back in his acceptance speech. “Yeah, Bieber loves me,” he said.
