Kanye West has proven to be a master at keeping the world guessing. Leading up to New York Fashion Week, it was unclear whether West would show again, as he did at New York Fashion Week for fall ’15 in February.
This weekend, it emerged that West will indeed be showing Yeezy Season 2 at New York Fashion Week. According to Women’s Wear Daily, West’s presentation will be today, Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 12pm at Skylight Modern.
Here’s everything we know so far:
Designer Anne Bowen told WWD that she has chosen to reschedule her show, which was set for the same time as West’s. Bowen announced via Instagram that her show will now be held on Thursday Sept. 17 at 12pm. Eveningwear designer Naeem Khan is also scheduled to show at noon on Wednesday.
Since he arrived in New York, West has been teasing new colorways of the Yeezy Boost 350 and Yeezy 750 Boost sneakers that are not yet available to the public. On Friday night, he wore a pair of black Yeezy 750 Boosts for the Givenchy show, and on Saturday, he was seen in a pair of light gray 350s at the Alexander Wang show. Last month, he was spotted in a beige pair and a white pair.
Kim Kardashian West has also teased the collection. On Thursday night, she stepped out in a pair of beige fitted thigh-high peep-toe boots. She told her Instagram followers the boots are in the Yeezy Season 2 collection.
On Sunday night, West sent out this tweet:

The link takes users to a clock that is somewhat cryptic. The background is a video of what is likely Yeezy Season 2 items being manufactured. On the bottom is a stopped clock, and above is a clock counting up towards the bottom time.
On Tuesday, West took to Twitter to announce that the show would be live streamed at a list of select theaters in the U.S. and internationally. Event passes were given out on a first come, first serve basis.

On Tuesday night, Khloe Kardashian posted a photo on Instagram of Yeezy Season 2 camo printed shirt which seem to be the show’s invitations.
Musician Lorde posted a photo of her T-shirt invite in a vacuum sealed bag, which confirms that the show will be held at Skylight Modern today at 12pm with a performance by Vanessa Beecroft. It also says the show is sponsored by Adidas, but some are still speculating that West is now working with the athletic brand only on footwear and not apparel.
