Joining the ranks of playful-footwear stars like Sophia Webster and Nicholas Kirkwood, London-based designer Camilla Elphick is the latest brand looking to add zing to your step.
The brand’s inaugural spring ’15 collection — which ranges from $460 to $772 USD — features quirky details like cat-printed pumps and a casino-themed capsule collection, which resulted in “royal flush” uppers as well as straps shaped into a lucky-7 formation. All the footwear is handmade in Italy.

The designer, who studied at Parsons in New York and the London College of Fashion, gained press traction for her graduate shoe collection, which featured her now-signature Pez heel (complete with Bugs Bunny printed on the back).
Prior to launching her label for the spring ’15 season, Elphick worked for established footwear designers Webster, Kirkwood and Charlotte Olympia (hence the similar whimsical aesthetic).
Elphick’s current retailers include high-end e-stores like Luisaviaroma and Avenue 32. The shoes are also available on the brand’s e-commerce website.
