The music superstar appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night wearing Giuseppe Zanotti’s quilted leather high-top sneakers with signature gold hardware. Complete with fishnet Moschino shorts and plenty of gold bling (including custom grills), her Zanotti kicks perfectly rounded off the singer’s punk-turned-rock ensemble.

Never one to disappoint, Madge didn’t exactly hold back during the chat portion of the show, including admitting to making out with the Beastie Boys backstage during her first tour.

After reminding Fallon of the dance move she taught him a few years back, Madonna went on to admit that her kids think she’s uncool. “They remind me every day how uncool I am,” she said.

Although we’re not one to question her own children, I think in this case we’d have to politely disagree. “Uncool” is certainly not a word we’d use to describe the person responsible for bringing us the 1990 hit “Vogue” — and its accompanying dance moves.

The Queen of Pop performed her latest hit, “Bitch, I’m Madonna,” along with a very tropical rendition of her 1983 hit “Holiday” with Jimmy and guests, all utilizing a range of school musical instruments.
