The singer chose the eye-catching style from Gucci’s fall ’15 runway show, which was designed under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele.
Though the runway style featured pompom tassels, Madonna’s shoes forgo that design detail and are also a below-the-knee height, versus the runway’s mid-calf length. “Nothing Glamorous about this bathroom but these Gucci Boots are Eeeeevrythang!,” the singer wrote.
Madonna loves a good designer shoe. She has been spotted in a variety of fresh-off-the-runway styles recently, from lace-up leather boots by Givenchy at Coachella to Alexander Wang’s ultra-flatform combat boots she wore around New York City.
For her “B*tch I’m Madonna” music video, the singer also partied in luxe footwear, including Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers and Prada heels.
Back in February, she took her infamous tumble at the 2015 Brit Awards — while wearing dazzling Christian Louboutin heels, of course.
