From Jennifer Lawrence in Louboutin to Lea Michelle in Zanotti, ShoeRazzi‘s Ashley Spiker rounds up this weekend’s celebrity shoe looks.
After a busy award season and the numerous red carpet events to follow, celebrity appearances often begin to wind down for a short summer break. But Hollywood doesn’t calm down completely, with many stars heading south for the annual San Diego Comic-Con. The conference is known for its slew of A-list celebrities, and we can always count on spying playful and festive footwear.
Emma Roberts arrived at the Entertainment Weekly 2015 San Diego Comic-Con Party wearing a 3.1 Phillip Lim lace slip dress. Her stylist called it a “Victorian babydoll” look, which she accented with a dark brow, ruby-stained lips and contrasting Savannah sandals by Malone Souliers. This signature style features a lace-up corset front and smooth black leather.
Gearing up for the next world premiere tour of “The Hunger Games” series, 24-year-old Jennifer Lawrence greeted the audience wearing new Christian Louboutin Nicobar geometric cutout sandals. They’re from the latest fall ’15 collection and feature sheer mesh side inserts, black suede and a tapered heel.
Laura Vandervoort of Syfy’s “Bitten” posed on the red carpet at the Fandango Movieclips Comic-Con party in cross-strap Popp shoes by Jerome C. Rousseau. Her Keepsake The Label black romper was given a Midas touch with these summery, mirrored gold leather sandals.
Keke Palmer joined her “Scream Queens” co-stars wearing Rachel Zoe fall 2015 pointed-toe pumps. They’re a perfect complement for her statement magenta trousers by Solace London embellished with multisize grommets along the edges.
Lea Michele ramped up the glamour at the Entertainment Weekly 2015 San Diego Comic-Con Party, arriving in head-to-toe red, including a two-piece Zuhair Murad short suit and matching Giuseppe Zanotti slingback sandals. Her custom red satin evening shoes featured a gold-tone jeweled-encrusted buckle.
Before presenting Season 5 of the hit fairytale drama series “Once Upon a Time,” actress Jennifer Morrison posed in a monochromatic floral-print dress by Lela Rose. She added the perfect pop of red with retro-inspired Bionda Castana Beatrix statement pumps.
