Today, novelty hosiery brand Happy Socks launched a campaign on YouTube. The Sweden-based company has partnered with Shareability to create “Snowboarding In The Clouds,” a video intended to convey an idea of total human freedom.
The campaign, under the hashtag #Happinness Everywhere, required extensive planning that included the skills of five helicopter pilots, four stunt coordinators, four camera systems and three locations in two countries.
Happy Socks and Shareability take the viewer on an emotional roller coaster exploring new frontiers. The story begins on a mountain with a snowboarder seeking snow, a somewhat challenging goal this time of year. According to Happy Socks, the search will take him where no one has ever snowboarded before.
Shareability, Happy Socks’ partner in the project, is a full-service brand agency based in the U.S. that focuses exclusively on YouTube content by combining the art and science of shareability to create and market content that appeals to today’s YouTube generation.
Happy Socks was founded in 2008 by two friends who had a vision to spread happiness by turning an everyday essential, such as socks, into a colorful design piece made with quality and craftsmanship. The collection is available in more than 70 countries worldwide.
