Shot by Erik Torstensson, the campaign plays up the brand’s key footwear styles in Geiger’s signature color, red. The photos also feature a new style from the “B” collection, a stiletto called the Beaumont. The style features a lower heel than the brand’s well-known Bond heel. In one of the shots, Stone wears a marabou-accented look. The ads also feature several new bag styles and a reworked “London” tote.
“The campaign is pure Kurt Geiger,” said Rebecca Farrar-Hockley, buying and creative director. “It’s about strength and sensuality and being comfortable in your own skin.”
The ads are set to break in “Love” magazine and the August edition of “British Vogue.” A film will also be unveiled when the collection launches in the brand’s stores and online later this month.
Stone also appears in Balenciaga’s sultry fall campaign with Kate Moss. She made her debut in Geiger’s ad for spring ’15.
Karen Elson and Anja Rubik are among the other notables that have starred in Geiger’s campaigns in the past. The brand has been moving fast to develop its accessories business into new categories under the “Everything But The Dress” umbrella.
