FN Spy the Magazine: Fergie’s Vegas Picks

This star singer and designer, who hits FN Platform on Wednesday, Feb. 19, knows how to make the most of a Las Vegas excursion. And since launching her namesake line and Fergalicious brand with Brown Shoe Co. in 2009, Fergie has had quite a few Sin City moments. Here, the songstress reminisces about her big moment with Cher and Cyndi Lauper, and what it’s like to party with Quentin Tarantino.

Shoe industry all-stars:
“Brown Shoe Co. Best partners I could have ever imagined.”

Best cocktail in town:
“Whichever one is in my hand at that moment. Vegas doesn’t make a bad cocktail.”

Favorite Sin City concert:
“There are too many to mention, but one thing people might not know about was when I was in [the band] Wild Orchid, we performed with Cher and Cyndi Lauper at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Cher’s ‘Believe’ tour. It was such a fun show and an experience I’ll never forget.”

Statement shoe for The Strip:
“I love the [Fergie] Podium in every color combination that it’s made. It is as comfortable as it is sexy, and it’s such a badass statement.”

Craziest Vegas memory:
“When Quentin Tarantino and I had a shared four-part birthday party at The Mirage. It started off at the Beatles ‘Love’ show and ended in my villa at The Mirage the next morning.”
