The founder of public and media relations firm Krupp Group has quite the client roster to boost her wardrobe. “I drink a big cup of Kool-Aid every time we sign someone new,” Cindy Krupp joked. “When someone says, ‘I love your shoes,’ I’m really proud to say, ‘I’m wearing Jerome Rousseau! We represent him.’” Krupp’s closet is also filled with footwear from other clients, including Schutz, Loeffler Randall and Charline De Luca. Back at work, meanwhile, her New York-based firm has outgrown its headquarters and is adding an extra floor for accessories. “We are building out a showroom for just footwear and handbags,” she said. “Accessories can get lost with ready-to-wear, but it’s such an important category for us.” Here, the PR maven shares her latest reading list and her greatest escape.
