Mr. Hare is amping up its urban offering.
The London-based men’s shoe line, which focuses on high-quality classics — from leather low-tops to monk strap shoes — took a black-and-white approach for fall. The campaign images were shot in an old school in East London by photographer Morgan O’Donovan and styled by Harris Elliot.
“Proportion and occasion are the defining factors to good shoe execution for me, and that is what I tried to prove with these images,” said Marc Hare, founder of the label.
Though Mr. Hare highlights its footwear offering, the fall ’14 campaign also features a selection of its new ready-to-wear and accessories, including a bucket hat designed in collaboration with New Era.
Hare said the campaign aims to diversify and expand the brand’s customer-base. “The main inspiration is to create a complete, contemporary shoe wardrobe for the Mr. Hare man,” said Hare. “We also used an array of models with very different looks to prove [that] style isn’t just for pretty boys.”
