High-end children’s line Bonpoint has collaborated with Golden Goose on a footwear collection.
The sneakers, which will range from $335 to $510, feature revamped versions of two of Golden Goose’s staple styles, the Francy high-top and Superstar low-top.
“I customized the colors to harmonize the sneakers to the Bonpoint collection,” said Christine Innamorato, Bonpoint’s creative director. “The casual-chic design of the sneakers, with their colorful stars, are a perfect complement to Bonpoint’s chic and trendy style.”
Innamorato saw Golden Goose as a brand that would work well for the children’s market. “Their magic formula seems to me pretty simple: trendy, high-quality products, and a unique design for both adults and kids,” she said.
The boys and girls shoes come in navy, blue or lichen leather, and will be available from July in select Bonpoint locations including stores in New York; Bal Harbour, Fla.; and Beverly Hills, Calif.
